The event promises to be a melting pot of WAX and EOS-based project leads, influencers, creators and more – and alongside presentations from their own team, AtomicHub are opening up the stage for members of the community to showcase their projects in front of a live audience.
Confirmed speakers thus far include; SammySnake – Founder of Nova Rally, Martine Spaans – Game Designer at FGL, Richie Hobson and John Hickman – Co-Founders of Ultra Rare, Robert Baggs – Founder at Token Gamer, and JimmyT – Co-Host of the RCS Podcast.
Additional speakers, panelists and special guests will be announced by the AtomicHub team over the coming weeks.
Jona Wilmsmann, Co-Founder of AtomicHub, said;
“I’ve always felt that our biggest strength as a marketplace, and as an ecosystem, is our incredibly passionate community. Our goal with AtomicHub Live is to bring this community together, and I’m super excited about the opportunity to meet so many members, newcomers and veterans alike, in London this November.”
Jeffrey Haas, Chief Revenue Officer at AtomicHub, added;
“We’re excited to bring the WAX & EOS NFT communities together in London for our first-ever live event. This is more than a meetup – it’s a celebration of NFT culture, innovation, and creativity. We look forward to sharing many of our own projects, as well as opening our stage to other creators who have surprised and impressed us during the last few years of COVID isolation.”
Opinion
First off, an obligatory notice that, alongside my role as Editor-In-Chief at NFT Insider, I’m also the Head of Content at AtomicHub – just so we’re clear.
This event has been many months in the making, so I’m super excited to finally be able to talk about it.
DYGYCON has done – and will continue to do – a fantastic job of bringing the community together online (who’s headed to DYGYCON 11?), but nothing quite matches face-to-face interactions, in-person experiences and the buzz of a live event.
The WAX and EOS communities are well-overdue a flagship in-person event, and AtomicHub Live: London is striving to fill that gap. It’s not a boring, stuffy conference – it’s a community-centric celebration of the WAX blockchain, and the myriad creators and collectors that call it home.
Registration for the event is now live, and can be found here.
