AtomicHub Announces Partnership with Meta Carbon
The world’s busiest NFT marketplace will be bringing engaging carbon offsets to their marketplace, through the power of NFTs.

Trading on AtomicHub is becoming even more sustainable!
At AtomicHub Live: London, AtomicHub announced their partnership with Meta Carbon, a technology company focused on helping brands engage their audience on the topic of climate change.
Powered by Meta Carbon, AtomicHub will give traders on their marketplace the opportunity to offset carbon emissions by supporting carbon development projects. Projects include the Gola Rainforest in Sierra Leone, the Rimba Raya Orangutan Reserve in Indonesia, the Kariba Wildlife Corridor in Zimbabwe and the Mai Ndombe forests in the D.R. Congo.
These carbon offsets will be accompanied by two types of NFTs: Soulbound NFTs and Merch NFTs.
Soulbound NFTs are non-transferable and represent a transparent carbon offset, using retirement receipts from StandForTrees.org. Merch NFTs, the second type, are tradable “badges of honour” given to supporters to represent their commitment to addressing climate change.
