Deadfellaz, the popular Ethereum NFT project based around 10,000 undead PFPs, has gone live with their Draw the Undead 2022 (DTU22) mint – Season 2 of their annual collection which sees the best community-created Deadfellaz derivative art promoted and sold through DFZ Labs, with all proceeds going to the artists.
Held on KnownOrigin, nine pieces of art are available, each an edition of 130, priced at 0.013 ETH per NFT. Buyers have a chance of winning 1 of 13 exclusive Deadfellaz x KnownOrigin artworks, created by Deadfellaz artist and Co-Founder PSYCH.
This year, a selection of stunning art from @risathegiant, @jhuffizi, @pack_man0, @halorena, @Crowtyp3, @BoicotArt, @Fat_Baby_NFT, @tjsretrowaveart and @mohjave is available to mint. All artists that made submissions for Draw the Undead 2022 will receive a limited-edition participation NFT, designed by PSYCH.
On top of the art available, Deadfellaz holders can also mint an exclusive POAP NFT by visiting the Deadfellaz x KnownOrigin site.
To celebrate the launch of this collection, Deadfellaz and KnownOrigin are holding an afterparty at NFT Paris, with Co-Founder Betty and other members of the Deadfellaz team in attendance, which is underway at the time of publication.
Betty, Psych and Deadfellaz as a whole are known for their intense focus on community, togetherness and delivering value, so to see Draw the Undead come back for a second year is an absolute joy. The talent on display is incredible, and I’ve no doubt the collection will be a success.
2023 looks to be an exciting year for Deadfellaz, with their move from Australia to LA, the announcement of Kai Henry, Yoni Hagos and Naveen Jain as advisors, and their Top of the Horde community awards already complete, plus custom 1/1s for top holders, front-facing Deadfellaz, and their Hologram Labs integration confirmed to be on the way.
Draw the Undead 2022 serves to confirm yet again why Deadfellaz has grown to be a project like no other: their unwavering focus on the most important part of web3 – the community.
