Popular NFT collection Doodles has announced a partnership with PlayStation that will see them take control of the PlayStation Music playlist for the next two weeks.
Debuting on December 12, the Doodles Records playlist is now the default option across more than 60 million PlayStation 4 and PlayStation 5 consoles around the world.
To celebrate the partnership, Doodles has sponsored an upcoming community game night, contributing a unique grand prize – a one-of-one custom Doodles-skinned PS5 console.
How are Doodles and PlayStation working together?
Doodles and PlayStation have arranged a partnership whereby Doodles Records will take over the default PlayStation Music playlist for two weeks, starting on December 12.
To access the playlist, follow the steps below:
- Open the Control Center
- Select the “Music” option
- Choose Spotify
- Select the “Doodles on Playstation” Playlist
For those without access to a PS4 or PS5 console, the Doodles team have opened a new channel in their Discord where holders can drop in and listen to the playlist from anywhere with an internet connection.
When is the Community Game Night?
The community game night – titled the Color Splash Game Night – is set to take place on December 20 at 20 EST/1 UTC, hosted by Doodles OG @Ippy_World.
Open to all, with priority access to Doodles holders. Moreover, participants will compete across GeoGuessr, Fall Guys, and Fortnite to win a variety of prizes. Specifically, these include digital wearables, Doodles vinyl figures, and the exclusive one-of-one Doodles-skinned PS5 console.
The game night will be livestreamed on Twitch by Ippy. Additionally, viewers will be able to watch all the action take place from wherever they are around the world.
