Fuzzy socks and Funko Pop, everyone knows that Christmas rocks!
At 19:00 UTC today (December 13), Funko is releasing Series 1 of their Digital Pop! packs, featuring all your favourites from the 2003 Elf movie! Spreading this season’s spirit, fans of the beloved holiday classic will get a chance to redeem rare, exclusive physical collectibles!
Here’s how you can get your hands on one!
When Is The Pack Drop?
The drop will take place today (December 13) at 19:00 UTC via Droppp.
First things first, you’ll need a Droppp account, which you can create in just a few minutes. Any packs you purchase will show up in Droppp first, and can be transferred to your WAX wallet of choice as soon as you receive them.
For the best chance to score one of these limited packs, you’ll have to join the queue, which opens in the lead-up to the drop. Be sure to keep an eye on Droppp’s Discord announcements to know when the queue opens!
At 19:00 UTC, everyone in the queue will be assigned a random position. When you’re first in line, you’ll be able to buy!
How Much Will The Packs Cost?
Two types of packs are available:
- Standard Packs (5 NFTs, 18,750 total minted): $9.99 USD
- Premium Packs (15 NFTs, 18,750 total minted): $29.99 USD
Payment can be made via Credit/Debit Card, Apple Pay or Google Pay, with a $60 USD upper limit per transaction.
What Do The Packs Contain?
Each pack contains a variety of Digital Pop! cards (5 in Standard, 15 in Premium) in 8 possible rarities, with a higher probability of pulling a 1-of-1 or Series Coin NFT from the Premium Packs.

If you’re fortunate enough to unpack a Legendary (1.71%) or Grail (0.27%) NFT, hold onto it until April 12, 2023 to be airdropped a special redemption token, which can be exchanged for a limited-edition physical Pop!
There are six exclusive physical collectibles in this series, with 1,600 each available of Buddy The Elf (Legendary), Jovie, Leon and Ming Ming, and 999 of Buddy the Elf (Grail).
If you’re unable to unpack a Legendary or Grail Funko, don’t worry! By completing your Royalty Set – obtaining one of each Common, Uncommon, Rare, and Epic Digital Pop! in this release – you’ll be eligible to receive 1 of 2,000 additional exclusive physical Funko Pops! This time around, Freddy has found his Buddy costume!
