Pixion Games, the developers of Web3 action RPG Fableborne, have announced a $12.4 million USD raise through their latest funding round, led by Delphi Ventures.
These funds will be used to expand the Pixion team, accelerate the development of Fableborne, and help to support the launch of their upcoming $POWER token.
Alongside Delphi Ventures, this raise saw the participation of many major names, including Animoca Brands, Yield Guild Games (YGG), Axie Infinity creators Sky Mavis and many more.
Developed by Pixion Games, Fableborne is best-described as “Diablo meets Clash Royale”. Players build island bases, form alliances with other players, and defend what they’ve build whilst raiding their opponents. By creating and commanding a squad of Heroes, players are able to both protect their bases, as well as set forth to conquer the world.
The game is in its early stages, with Pixion looking to create “short, snackable sessions” to facilitate competitive play. The goal is to allow time-limited players a chance to succeed, whilst rewarding more dedicated players in an appropriate fashion.
With this recent $12.4 million USD raise, Pixion are looking to expand the Fableborne team and double-down on development efforts – ahead of the launch of their planned $POWER ecosystem token later in 2025.

How can I earn $POWER tokens?
Pixion have stated that this raise will help to supercharge their upcoming $POWER token. This token will be the native currency of the Power Protocol ecosystem – a Web3 gaming infrastructure system that helps developers to deliver “dynamic opportunities” within their games.
Back in November 2024, players of Fableborne Season 3 completed quests to earn Gold Essence. This has been revealed to be the first of what will be many play-to-airdrop opportunities for the $POWER token.

Those who are interested in the soon-to-launch $POWER token are encouraged to get stuck in to Fableborne, and to keep an eye on their social media channels for the latest information on the token.
