Ronin-based web3 MMORPG Forgotten Runiverse have launched a week-long in-game event focused on dungeon challenges running from April 24 to May 1.
The event, accessible to both new and existing players, offers players the opportunity to earn the game’s native currency—Quanta—along with digital land tokens and other in-game assets.
According to the team, Quanta will soon be redeemable for on-chain tokens such as $PIXEL and $XP, which are part of an expanding integration with other titles in the Ronin ecosystem.
What is the Forgotten Runiverse Dungeon Run?
The Dungeon Run is a timed in-game event where players complete combat-focused dungeon levels to earn rewards. Each completed dungeon grants one entry into a prize draw that includes various digital assets such as Homestead and Settlement land tokens, Quanta, and Mana.
The game has stated there is no limit to how many dungeons a player can complete during the event, and each completed run increases the chances of receiving a prize.
A total of 35 Homestead NFTs will be awarded over the course of the event through daily raffles. Three Settlement NFTs are also part of the overall prize pool, alongside a grand prize that includes one Settlement and 100,000 Mana.
How to participate and earn?
All players who complete every dungeon available in the event timeline are guaranteed to receive an airdrop of 200 million Quanta. In addition, each dungeon completed adds one entry into the raffle draws for land and other in-game items.
New players are encouraged to begin with the “Gathering Tree” quest as completing this task provides an additional 50 million Quanta and a ticket into the grand prize draw.
Winners will receive their Quanta airdrop at the end of the Dungeon Run event.
