Gods Unchained Season 3 Battle Pass Launches With No Free Tier

Gods Unchained Season 3 Battle Pass is now live, introducing a new structure that removes the free reward tier entirely. From this season onwards, players must purchase one of two paid tiers to access any seasonal progression rewards.

The update includes 60 levels of unlockable content and offers the potential to recoup a portion of the initial cost through in-game currency. With Season 3, players will need to opt into either the Collector or Whale tier to earn seasonal items and currency.

The launch comes just ahead of the game’s scheduled migration from Immutable X to Immutable zkEVM, which is expected to take place in late May and early June. The migration will affect in-game tokens and NFT assets, with a detailed timeline already announced.

What’s new in Season 3?

The key change in Season 3 is the removal of the free track and all rewards are now gated behind paid access. Whilst previous seasons offered basic unlocks for free-to-play users, this update shifts the focus entirely to paying participants.

This season also introduces exclusive promo cards, a higher number of shine upgrades, and new cosmetic options tied to specific in-game characters.

Players who complete all levels can earn back up to 300 $GODS, partially offsetting the cost of entry.
