World-class game development talent is now building on IMX!
ImmutableX, the leading Layer 2 for blockchain games, has announced a partnership with Mineloader – one of the world’s leading co-development studios – to work on their upcoming mobile RPG, Guild of Guardians.
Mineloader’s recent credits include The Division 2 and Final Fantasy VII Remake, plus the lauded action-adventure title The Last of Us Part I – regularly working alongside big-name studios such as Ubisoft, Square Enix, EA and more.
As ImmutableX’s primary Web2 development partner, Mineloader will lend their expertise to enhance Guild of Guardians’ core gameplay experience, whilst Immutable Games will focus on Web3-native components such as a sustainable, blockchain-based game economy.
Justin Hulog, Chief Studio Officer at Immutable Games, said:
“By working with a development partner that provides such an incredible depth of experience and a portfolio of high-quality games, we are confident that we will be able to deliver an amazing mobile gaming experience that Guild of Guardians and the gaming community deserves. We believe that with Mineloader, we can deliver an incredible gaming experience that will propel the entire web3 industry forward.”
This partnership is the first step in a multi-year strategy to accelerate production expectations, with the initial goal to launch Guild of Guardians by the end of 2023.
Over 1 million players have pre-registered for Guild of Guardians to date, and with a partnership with some of the world’s leading esports organisations in the pocket, Guild of Guardians is poised to be one of the most anticipated blockchain games of 2023.
Hulog also added:
“We’re excited to bring Guild of Guardians to the market later this year, and our new strategic partnership with Mineloader will help get us there quickly and without compromising on quality.”
Further details regarding the partnership will be discussed in a Town Hall hosted by Chris Clay, VP Game Director at Immutable, on March 8 at 23:00 UTC in the Guild of Guardians Discord server.
