Nifty Island has officially opened its User-Generated Quests (UGQ) feature to all users enabling players to design and host interactive quests, from competitive games to exploration-based challenges.
To celebrate this launch, Nifty Island has introduced the Quest Master Contest, a competition designed to reward creative quest creators with in-game currency, exclusive NFTs, and other prizes.
The Quest Master Contest runs through January 2, 2025, offering significant rewards for those who participate.
What is the Quest Master Contest?
The Quest Master Contest is an event aimed at encouraging players to create engaging and interactive quests within the Nifty Island platform.
Contestants compete in three categories: competitive challenges, exploration-based quests, and timed trials. Each category provides opportunities for creators to demonstrate their skills in game design and engage the broader player community.
Rewards for the competition include Blooms—Nifty Island’s in-game currency—and limited-edition NFTs like the Bronze Palm, which hold collectible and in-platform value.
Participants are judged based on metrics like the number of unique verified players who join their quests. High-ranking creators will receive tiered rewards, with top performers earning up to 40,000 Blooms.
How to participate in the contest?
To join the Quest Master Contest, players must first set up quests using Nifty Island’s creation tools, accessible through the platform’s interface. During the contest period, creators are required to stake at least 1,000 $ISLAND tokens to ensure eligibility for hosting or participating in quests.
Creators can structure their quests to include a variety of activities and challenges, such as Capture the Flag-style games, social hangouts, or time-based trials.
The contest runs until January 2, 2025, with winners announced shortly thereafter. Rewards will then be distributed within two weeks following the official announcement.
