Web3 MMORPG NomStead has announced that their Genesis Chest NFTs – which include a variety of exclusive rewards – will begin minting on June 24.
Initially available solely to whitelisted participants, these chests include land extensions, NomStead visas and founder badges. The mint will open up to the public on June 26, with any remaining NFTs from the total supply of 4,000 becoming available for purchase.

What is NomStead?
NomStead is an upcoming Web3 sandbox MMORPG, built on Immutable, and available in early access for free on both PC and mobile.
Developed by Canopy Co SASU – a remote team of three passionate individuals – players create their own kingdom by placing tiles on the game map whilst farming, crafting and gathering resources with other players. By helping villagers and completing a range of quests, players level-up their character, collect crafting recipes and grow their civilisation.
The game features a fully player-driven economy, with all resources and items available to purchase having been created by other players. This economy is powered by Immutable, which is the backbone of the game’s blockchain-based features and allows players to freely obtain, own and trade their in-game assets.
How can I buy a NomStead Genesis Chest?
4,000 NomStead Genesis Chest NFTs will be available to mint, starting from June 24 at 11 UTC for whitelisted participants, and June 26 at 11 UTC for the public.
Three types of chests will be available:
- Wood Chests, $30 USD, 3,500 available: 1 land extension, 1 month of NomStead visa, 1 founder badge
- Emerald Chests, $150 USD, 400 available: 1 land extension, 3 months of NomStead visa, 1 founder badge
- Sapphire Chests, $300 USD, 100 available: 2 land extensions, 12 months of NomStead visa, 1 founder badge
Land extensions expand the land area available to players. These come in five types; Grassland (plain land), Small Forest (contains 2-3 trees), Large Forest (contains 8-10 trees), Mountain (contains mining resources) and Stadium (which enables PvP combat).
NomStead visa’s are the VIP system of the game, giving players increased gold earnings, exclusive drops and a verified badge – alongside early access to new content.
Founder Badges earmark the player as an early supporter of the game, with a rare title and early access to future game developments.
