Obitus Games has launched OverForge 2.0, a time-limited leaderboard system for its free-to-play tactical card game OverKnights. The update introduces a daily ranking mechanism where the top 10 players in PvP matches receive cryptocurrency prizes, distributed in USDC.
OverForge 2.0 is intended as a transitional competition before the start of OverKnights’ next major campaign. A follow-up leaderboard event and additional in-game content are expected to launch shortly after this event concludes.
The event began on June 19 and will run through to the end of the month.

What is OverKnights?

What’s new in OverForge 2.0?
OverForge 2.0 builds on a previous leaderboard event by introducing a daily rewards system tied directly to PvP performance. Each day, the ten highest-ranked players on the in-game leaderboard receive a fixed amount of USDC:
- 1st place – $50 USDC + Whitelist Spot
- 2nd – $25 USDC
- 3rd – $15 USDC
- 4th – $10 USDC
- 5th–10th – $5 USDC each
The leaderboard refreshes every 24 hours, so players can return each day for another chance to earn rewards. Players who regularly finish in top positions throughout the event may receive additional bonuses at the end of the month, though details of these end-of-event rewards have not been disclosed.
OverForge 2.0 also enforces fair play standards and any form of exploit or manipulation will result in disqualification.
How to get started with OverKnights?
To participate in the OverForge 2.0 event, players must download OverKnights from the Epic Games Store, where it is currently available in open alpha. The game runs on the Immutable blockchain and requires players to engage in PvP matches, as leaderboard rankings are determined solely by PvP victories.
To be eligible for USDC rewards, players must connect an Immutable wallet. If a wallet is not linked at the time rewards are distributed, the prize is forfeited and passed to the next qualifying player.
The leaderboard resets daily at midnight UTC, with rewards issued on the next working day. For weekend results, prizes are distributed the following Monday.
