Ragnarok: Monster World (ROMW) has kicked off its Closed Beta Test (CBT), running from August 19 to August 25, giving selected global players an exclusive preview of the game’s features and mechanics before its official release.
During this CBT period, players can look forward to a range of events designed to enhance the gaming experience. These include daily rewards, competitive challenges, community-driven activities, and a Bug Bounty program aimed at improving the game.
Whilst all progress and rewards earned during the CBT will be reset at the end of the testing phase, player accounts and NFTs will be retained and carried over to the official game launch.
What to expect from Ragnarok: Monster World CBT?
Throughout the Closed Beta Test, Ragnarok: Monster World is hosting a variety of events to help players dive deeper into the game.
Daily login bonuses will offer off-chain items such as spell books and chests, which are crucial for leveling up and merging Ragmons. These rewards will help players explore different strategies and gain a better understanding of the game’s mechanics.
Key competitive events include the “Real Tamers” challenge, where players can earn valuable NFTs by reaching specific milestones, such as achieving a certain Matchmaking Rating (MMR) or securing a set number of victories.
Beyond gameplay, players are encouraged to engage with the community through activities like the “Strategy King” on Discord, where sharing strategic insights could win them Baphomet NFTs. Additionally, a screenshot-sharing event on X offers participants a chance to earn a Chimera NFT.
To ensure a smooth gameplay experience, a Bug Bounty program will reward players who report significant in-game issues.
How to participate in Ragnarok: Monster World CBT?
To take part in the CBT, players need to download the game through TestFlight or Google Play, depending on their device.
Once downloaded, players should log in using the email associated with their wallet on the Ragnarok: Monster World website to access their NFTs.
For those who have not linked their email and wallet yet, it is recommended to complete this process on the website before logging in. The login process involves entering the registered email, receiving a verification code, and then completing the login.
Ragmon NFT holders will find their NFTs available in the Deck Setup menu after logging in.
