Web3 player-versus-player (PvP) tower defence title Ragnarok: Monster World is set to soft launch on September 26, with their Pre-Season release.
Available on iOS and Android, players will be able to collect, train, merge and battle their Ragmon, testing the game’s features and competitive balance ahead of the official release on October 1.
This gives players ample time to familiarize themselves with the title ahead of Season 1, which starts on October 10, where players can work their way up the leaderboards to earn $ZENY rewards.
What is Ragnarok: Monster World?
Ragnarok: Monster World is a Clash Royale-style Web3 PvP title, available on iOS and Android.
Players explore a vibrant world of creatures known as Ragmon, and can collect, train and merge them before pitting them in battles against other players. Each battle sees players construct a deck of up to eight monsters and spell cards – with each match-up set to test both strategic planning and tactical nous.
From October 10, Season 1 will see players compete on the leaderboards for a share of $ZENY – the game’s official token.
How do I access the Ragnarok: Monster World soft launch?
From September 26, Ragnarok: Monster World will be available on iOS and Android in select regions only, including Laos, Malaysia and Bolivia.
The official launch on October 1 will expand access to major markets, such as the USA, Brazil, Singapore and India. Some countries – such as Russia, Germany, Japan and Australia – will be unable to download the game from associated app stores due to legal restraints, though a direct download will be available from October 1.
Following the Season 1 launch on October 10, players will be able to interact with an increasing array of blockchain-based features – including the ability to mint particular Ragmons, breed them, stake them for asset rewards and more.
