6 months ago, our weekly videos were a cornerstone of NFT Insider. The time has come to not just return to video, but to go further than we’ve ever gone before!
For such a dynamic & visual industry, words alone just don’t cut it.
When I launched NFT Insider 18 months ago, I knew then that the best way of getting across everything the Web3 industry is about would be through video.
For the longest time, I used the excuse of hardware limitations; my laptop wasn’t powerful enough, my camera wasn’t good enough, my mic was too low quality.
Those arguments don’t hold weight any more. I’ve flirted with livestreaming on and off (and thoroughly enjoyed it!), but on-demand video is tough to beat. The time for excuses is over.
The channel now showcases a new intro video, with a small taste of things to come. We’ll start out modest, aiming for 1 video per week, with the aim to increase this over time.
Our flagship news series Blockchain Bulletin will return in a more chain-agnostic format, with all-new game reviews, hot-topic breakdowns and go-to guides in the pipelines as well.
I’ve been uploading to YouTube for the past 12 years (trust me, you don’t want to see the 2011 commentary videos!), creating content across multiple genres in varying styles, getting well over 100 videos under my belt to date.
It’s a medium that both myself and the NFT Insider team love to create in, and with ideas bustling out of our ears right now, we can’t wait to share the best of Web3 with you.
For those that prefer our written content, podcasts and other coverage, don’t fret – this revival of video is in addition to our current output, and we have plenty of exclusives to share with you in the coming weeks and months too.
I don’t get many opportunities to speak directly to you, our readers, so forgive me for taking this one.
If you’re reading this, thank you. Your support – whether you’ve been here since the beginning, are an occasional visitor or just discovered us today – is invaluable not just to me, but to the whole NFT Insider team.
What started as a solo project 18 months ago is now a team of 5 in an organisation of 50. Rest assured, we’ll continue pushing to give you the very best coverage of this industry we can – as well as be a voice of honesty, reason and integrity, as we always have been.
Thank you, and be sure to subscribe to our YouTube channel (and hit the bell!) to be the first to receive our brand-new videos!
