Web3 3v3 basketball game Rumble Kong League has announced a migration from Avalanche to Ronin, calling it “a slam dunk for the future of RKL and our holders.”
As part of this migrations, Rumble Kong League’s ongoing soft launch campaign has been extended until January 26. This gives players three extra in-game Sigma League seasons to stack allocations of $FAME – their soon-to-launch ecosystem token.
This extended period will also see all players benefit from double rewards and newly-added quests, whilst holders of RKL NFT collectibles will also benefit from unlimited tickets until the end of the soft launch campaign.

What is Rumble Kong League?
Rumble Kong League is a free-to-play 3v3 web3 gaming basketball title, built on Ronin, and available on iOS and Android.
Players assemble a roster of Kongs and take to the courts to face opponents in fast-paced, arcade-style 3-on-3 basketball actions. Through earning hard-fought victories, players climb through 10 ranked divisions to earn an array of blockchain-based rewards.
The game is centred around the 10,000-piece Rumble Kong NFT collection. These Ethereum-based NFT avatars can be used by holders as playable characters in-game, each with unique features, traits and in-game boosts.
Rewards include FAME points – which will go towards an allocation of the soon-to-launch $FAME token – as well as additional token prizes and exclusive in-game benefits.

What does Rumble Kong League’s migration to Ronin mean for players?
Rumble Kong League’s migration from Avalanche to Ronin is marked as the latest step in the blockchain’s plans to create an “open Ronin” – the next stage of the Ronin ecosystem which is set to debut in Q1 2025.
Players of Rumble Kong League will be able to benefit from Ronin‘s position as the current industry leader in popular Web3 games, with the likes of Pixels, Axie Infinity and Fableborne leading the charge.
Holders of Rumble Kong League assets shouldn’t need to do anything. No plans have been revealed for a migration of the NFTs from Ethereum to Ronin, and as the $FAME token is yet to launch, any existing token allocations through FAME points are unaffected.
