STEPN GO, the popular move-to-earn app from STEPN, has partnered with Casio’s G-SHOCK brand to launch a collection of Genesis Sneaker NFTs on Polygon.
Minting from August 26 to August 29, this limited-edition collection features 800 unique sneaker NFT available on the MOOAR marketplace, priced at 10,000 $GMT each – roughly $1,300 USD at the time of writing.
This is the latest web3 collaboration for Casio’s G-SHOCK brand, which has previously partnered with NFT projects such as Doodles for exclusive digital and physical items in the past.
When are the STEPN GO x G-SHOCK NFTs available?
From August 26 to 29, 800 Genesis Sneaker NFTs will be available to mint via a raffle on the MOOAR marketplace. Each ticket will cost 10,000 $GMT, or approximately $1,300 USD.
Every 24 hours, 200 NFTs will be raffled to interested participants across the 4-day period. Each of the 800 NFTs features a design inspired by models from the G-SHOCK G-SQUAD line, such as Walker, Jogger, Runner, and Trainer.
“Partnering with STEPN GO allows us to merge the physical and virtual worlds in an innovative way,” said Takahashi Oh, Senior GM of Timepieces at Casio. “We are excited to offer our users a new and engaging experience that combines fitness and cutting-edge technology.”
More details on the mint are expected to be revealed via Virtual G-Shock on X.
