What is The Lost Wallet?
A collaborative effort between Non-Fungible Conference and bem.builders, The Lost Wallet is an alternate reality game which will send players on a series of quests across the web3 space over the span of 24 weeks.
The game takes players on a journey to recover a 24-word seed phrase, with each quest yielding part of the code.
Each quest must be completed in order, with the final task rewarding one lucky player with access to the wallet which contains CryptoPunk #2672, valued at $130,000.
How Do I Take Part in The Lost Wallet?
The Lost Wallet began with Quest 0 on January 30, 2023. Quest 1 premiered on March 1st, with a new Quest revealed each week until mid-August.
Players can participate by visiting the official Lost Wallet website, where they can find all of the quests to date. Cryptic clues are available on their social channels, including Twitter and Discord, with various metaverse partners including The Sandbox and Decentraland also involved.
As the game progresses, players will find additional NFT rewards from artists such as Hackatao and Dot Pigeon, as well as metaverse apparel, buildings, digital items and more.
Why Is The Lost Wallet Taking Place?
On top of the grand prize, The Lost Wallets aims to help foster a seamless experience between metaverse projects, with the goal of making the metaverse easier to access, and to offer an immersive experience for all players.
