Web3 medieval battle royale game Unlighted has announced that its Alpha Pass NFT mint will be arriving very soon, with the exact date yet to be revealed.
This three-round mint will see 1,500 Alpha Pass NFTs be available, granting perks such as early access to the game, a range of exclusive content, automatic whitelisting for future NFT releases, the ability to claim rare in-game items and more.
The alpha release of Unlighted is expected to launch in Q4 2024.
What is Unlighted?
Unlighted is a web3 battle royale title, set in a medieval fantasy environment. Players fight for survival across period settlements, searching for weapons and armour, looting chests and fighting other players to become the last warrior standing.
AI-generated challenges add a novel twist to the game, with players able to form alliances to tackle huge monsters for rare resources, loot and in-game currencies that can be used to upgrade your characters.
Unlighted is powered by the $ULD token – which is already available to acquire – and can be used to take part in ‘chance games’, purchase NFT items from the Unlighted marketplace, acquire Battle Passes and more.
Holders of $ULD can also vote on proposals that will affect the course of the game’s development.
Unlighted is set to enter alpha testing in Q4 2024, followed by a beta in Q1 2025, and a public launch in Q2 2025.
How do I acquire an Alpha Pass NFT?
Unlighted are keeping tight-lipped on details of the forthcoming Alpha Pass NFT mint.
What we do know is that 1,500 NFTs will be made available across three rounds; a Guaranteed Round, a Whitelist Round, and a Public Round.
