The Wonder Wars VIP Key Event began yesterday, February 27th, giving players the chance to earn a special in-game key that will help them secure more $H3LLO tokens from the upcoming airdrop.
From February 27th to March 6th, players of the mobile strategy game must collect points from daily quests and special in-game activities to battle their way into the top 1000 leaderboard rankings so that they can secure a key.
The VIP Key is a valuable asset that will act as a point multiplier during two upcoming Play-to-Airdrop (P2A) events, where the top 10,000 ranked players will be rewarded with $H3LLO tokens.
Participation in the event is completely free and does not require ownership of any NFTs.
What is Wonder Wars?
Wonder Wars is a strategic Trading Hero Game (THG) developed by Hello Monster. Players collect and upgrade over 100 unique characters, forming teams to battle in PvP and PvE modes.
The game features nine competitive PvP leagues and a PvE mode. There is also a base-building feature – Orumit City – that allows players to develop their own city, create new characters and trade resources.
Wonder Wars is available for free on Android and iOS and runs on the Ronin blockchain. The game’s ecosystem includes Hello Monster’s “The Originals” NFT collection, which provides additional in-game perks like multipliers during events.
What is the Wonder Wars VIP Key Event?
The VIP Key Event is the first phase of Wonder Wars’ P2A campaign. The top 1000 players who earn the most points from winning battles and completing quests will receive a VIP Key.
The key is an off-chain, in-game item that will provide owners with a points multiplier during the two upcoming P2A events, though the exact multiplier amount is not yet known.
Players can earn leaderboard points from the following:
- Winning PvP battles: 5 points
- Opening chests: Up to 30 points
- Forging with different powders: 5–20 points
- Daily login & PvP milestones: 10–20 points
- Unique social quests (e.g., linking accounts, following the game’s social pages): 50 points each
Owning a VIP Key gives players a better chance of qualifying for the $H3LLO airdrop, as it stacks with other multipliers. The more points a player collects in the P2A events, the more $H3LLO they will be allocated.
