What is the Star Atlas Web3 MMO?
Star Atlas is a Web3 grand strategy MMO, built using Unreal Engine 5 and the Solana blockchain. The game is now available to play on PC via the Epic Games Store, for those with a key.
In Star Atlas, players construct fleets of ships and assemble crews to set off on journeys across the skies. By exploring myriad planets, mining asteroids and crafting ship parts, structures and other assets, players take a step towards seizing control of the galaxy.
On top of the flying, racing and shooting gameplay, Star Atlas is powered by the Solana blockchain. Solana forms the backbone of the game’s dynamic economy, in which the actions of every player – from mining and trading to crafting and combat – provide all-new opportunities, no matter your playstyle.
The game is powered by the $ATLAS token, which is the core currency of Star Atlas. As of publishing, $ATLAS is priced at $0.0012 USD, with a market cap of $22.5 million and a fully-diluted value of $42.1 million.

What is the Shaga cloud gaming app?
Shaga is a cloud gaming platform that integrates with popular livestream platform Twitch. Owners of gaming PCs can use Shaga to host lobbies and livestream select video games for rewards, with viewers able to remotely utilise these gaming PCs via the Shaga app on an iOS or Android smartphone.
Through using this ultra-low latency technology, Shaga allows anyone with a smartphone to access and play the latest high-demand games. For creators, this gives them the opportunity to earn rewards from their PCs, as well as creating exciting new opportunities for livestream content and fan engagement.
The $100,000 Star Atlas Creator Campaign will consist of $ATLAS tokens, Star Atlas Ship NFTs, and Shaga’s native GLOB points. These GLOB points are the main currency of Shaga, and are earned by completing quests, levelling up your profile, and taking part in the Shaga Network. GLOB will be used for exclusive rewards, with more information to be revealed in future.

How has Star Atlas progressed in 2025?
The $100,000 Creator Campaign with Shaga is the latest in what has been a huge year for Star Atlas to date.
Last month saw Star Atlas reveal a partnership with SingularityNET to incorporate two AI systems into the game. These systems will take the form of AI agents that will adapt to the in-game environment, assisting players with tutorials, missions, economy management and more.
According to Ben Goertzel, CEO of SingularityNET, this partnership with Star Atlas will “advance the co-evolution between humans and AIs in a virtual world that, as it develops, will increasingly mirror the complex dynamics of the real one.”
The Star Atlas team has also made regular progress on its public roadmap. New features, vehicles and other updates have been pushed at rapid pace, with the community at large eagerly awaiting the game’s Season 0 release.
