What is Fableborne?
Fableborne is a free-to-play Web3 action RPG, built on Ronin, and available on both iOS and Android.
Developed by Pixion Games, players construct island bases, defend their structures, and raid enemy bases for loot. By forming and commanding a squad of Heroes, players can both protect their home buildings and set forth to dominate their surroundings – with a variety of rewards on offer should you be successful.
In January 2025, Pixion Games announced a $12.4 million USD raise to expand the Fableborne team – and subsequently minted their Kingdom NFTs in February 2025. Their ecosystem token, $POWER, is set to debut later this year – with holders of Fableborne Kingdoms NFTs given exclusive access to $POWER staking, amongst other benefits.

What’s new in Season 4?
Fableborne is set to see four major updates arrive in Season 4:
- POWER Chests: awarded through gameplay, and include “exclusive prizes and high-stakes rewards” – including a Legendary Kingdom NFT that the team recently purchased on OpenSea for 7,140 $RON
- POWER Bounties: an evolving challenge system that delivers “a mix of surprise, skill and progression”, rewarding players with sought-after loot
- Ability Tomes: allow players to swap abilities between heroes, unlocking new strategies, combos and ways to tackle increasingly-difficult raids
- New characters: at least one new character will debut, titled Transformer – a fast-acting vanguard unit
On top of the new Hero that’s slated to debut in Season 5, Fableborne have clarified that updates are coming to defensive battles – giving players more strategic options – and that core changes to the item system are expected to arrive before Fableborne’s expected soft launch.
