McDonald’s has confirmed its collaboration with web3 brand Doodles for a festive and innovative holiday campaign.
Launching November 18, the collaboration brings Doodles’ vibrant artwork to over 100 million limited-edition McCafé cups at participating U.S. locations.
The campaign, titled “GM Spread Joy,” blends holiday traditions with cutting-edge digital experiences, offering customers exclusive rewards and collectibles.

The campaign, titled “GM Spread Joy,” combines the warmth of holiday coffee traditions with innovative digital experiences where customers can enjoy:
- Exclusive Digital Rewards: Buying a beverage in a limited-edition cup via the McDonald’s app unlocks special digital “packs” containing:
- McDonald’s-themed digital wearables
- Access to Doodles’ animated series Dullsville and the Doodleverse
- Free use of the Doodles Stoodio app to personalize digital avatars
- Fresh Content: Original music from Doodles Records and an animated holiday short film.
- Physical Meets Digital: Doodles-themed animations will light up McDonald’s Times Square billboard, marking one of the company’s largest campaigns integrating physical products and digital engagement.

Exclusive Collectibles and Merchandise
Starting November 26, fans can purchase collector packs featuring rare enamel pins that begin as digital collectibles and can be redeemed for physical items.
Additionally, a McDonald’s x Doodles merchandise line will launch on December 5.
To celebrate, customers are encouraged to share their experiences using the hashtag #goodmornin, making this campaign a unique blend of holiday cheer, art, and digital innovation.
