Pixels, the popular social crafting and farming game, recently released its latest update, Chapter 2.5, packed with seasonal Halloween events, Binance-themed rewards, and a variety of gameplay adjustments.
With fresh quests and an enhanced Reputation system, this chapter brings new ways for players to interact within Pixels’ expanding ecosystem whilst celebrating the festive season and Binance Blockchain Week.
All events are scheduled to run through early November.

What events are available in Chapter 2.5?
Pixels is celebrating Halloween with an exclusive event called “Denis the Dentist’s Haunted Harvest.”
In this spooky mini-game, players earn “teeth,” a seasonal currency, by participating in “Maul a Skaul,” where they aim to hit skeleton heads called Skauls. Whilst players gain points by hitting various colored Skauls, red Skauls incur penalties. Accumulated teeth can then be used to craft Ump-O-Lanterns, which players can smash open to unlock limited-edition Halloween costumes.
The Halloween event will run through October 31 and is accessible via the East Exit of Terra Villa.

Binance-Themed Rewards for Blockchain Week
In partnership with Binance, Pixels is also offering exclusive themed rewards for Binance Blockchain Week, running through November 4.
Players can enter the Binance Stadium either through the Terra Villa portal or by visiting pixels.xyz/binance. Once inside, players can earn PixTix by completing quests and interacting with NPCs, which they can then redeem for Binance-themed items such as the Binance Trophy, Binance Blanket, and Binance Coinhead.
Completing the event quests also qualifies players for a raffle to win NFT Land, adding an extra incentive for participants.
What else is new in Chapter 2.5?
Pixels Chapter 2.5 introduces significant gameplay updates designed to balance the player experience.
The game now limits players to 40 tasks per skill type, ensuring that challenges remain consistent without overwhelming players. The updated Reputation system now tracks both on- and off-chain activity, with higher Reputation granting perks such as reduced marketplace fees.
Additionally, planting restrictions have been adjusted, with specific crops and flowers now limited to designated land types. To maintain economic balance, energy items like Berry Blast are no longer tradable, while the Terra Villa Winery has been replaced with a Basic Winery to moderate crafted items.
Players who hold land for at least seven days can now enjoy VIP status, unlocking benefits like VIP tasks, fee discounts, and additional inventory space.
For full details on the latest changes, players can access the official changelog on the official Pixels website.
